Boutique 2BR On Royal Mile - Freestanding Bathtub

Location and check in was fantastic. Easy to locate the building and enter. Had everything you'd need for a few days in the city. We were very happy with this apartment.

Steps up to the apartment are something to be aware of if someone has mobility issues but every building had steps and stairs in Edinburgh. The bathroom sink is inclined to splash water out so just turn the tap on slowly to avoid water jumping out of the sink.

The entrance down the close to the door was dirty disgusting with rubbish, old sleeping bag, entrance to building site. Once through the door you had to climb 52 stairs that you shared with other people on each landing there was a delivery scooter the external door wasn't very secure just one lock. The noise from the building site was all day and was also heard late night and early one morning. We had to leave the property half way through our holiday this was supposed to be a holiday to celebrate our 20th anniversary.

Appartamento favoloso e molto moderno e accessoriato, esattamente come nelle foto. Direttamente nel centro storico e letteralmente a un passo da tutte le attrazioni e i servizi.

This is in the middle of everything, allowing you to recharge if needed in the unit.

Location was perfect and the flat was well appointed. However, for some reason we had a hard time communicating on the afternoon when we arrived. That was a bit stressful. We would have liked to have had the code for the door much sooner so we weren’t worried about getting into the flat.

The alley was very littered so not a great impression to start and the stairwell is very dark and dirty. Dark is not good for safety reasons. Could easily miss a step.

Everything within the apartment was fabulous.

Top floor, no issue for us but were quite a lot of steps for anyone less fit

Entree bar en boos Hondepoep in de street naar adres. Steel verder smerig met huis en restaurant afvalcontainers, Overal vuil en sigaretten peuken op de grond en …… stromend urine van voorbijgangers. Trappenhuis was slecht onderhouden en vies. Appartement redelijk maar niet echt schoon. Vieze ramen en dicht gekalkte ramen in badkamer. Koffiemachine werkte ook al niet.
