The house is a good size and has very pretty decor downstairs.

Toilet seat falling off, bathroom hot tap rotates, TV screen broken, lumpy single bed mattresses, heating not on (thermostat doesn't seem to work), busy road to park on - had to be half on the path

Nice and clean family house

Great location close to Wigan town centre. Inside the house was clean and comfortable with eclectic artwork.

The house seemed to be work in progress, the outside repair of the building especially to the rear was poor, guttering hanging off, and some water ingress evident. The front garden had full bins, and the rear garden was untidy.

Great to have access to a full property, and good space available downstairs with comfortable sofas.

Beds weren’t very comfortable and the front bedroom was noisy due to the road noise.
