Oh everything it was a beautiful space.

I needed to be near The Edge Area and it was a 5 minute drive. it was cool & quirky the owner left tea / coffee / salt / cooking oil for people to use although it’s on a busy road the windows block out all noise! overall very good value for money and would stay again

the beds were pretty uncomfortable (I could feel the springs in the mattress) There wasn’t enough toilet roll left - 2 rolls but both were practically finished. there are very few plug sockets - none in the bedroom which was odd there wasn’t a freezer which I thought was odd

The double bedroom was very noisy as it's on a main road, the bed itself was very uncomfortable. The standard of cleaning was poor and the garden was a mess. Also no mainstream T.V channels. Only Netflix and U tube. As we only stayed for one night it didn't really matter.

Well appointed property, comfortable, lovely period features. Very helpful host. Good choice for visiting Wigan and good value for money.

The gardens, especially the rear garden would benefit from some tlc. Although not part of the property the rear access track was littered with bags of rubbish and didn't make a good impression.

no towels, not clean location. smell like someone use to smoke there for a long time

travelling with a group of us so very spacious & comfortable on evening to relax and have tea
