The ground floor layout was great and the property was sufficient.

The upstairs wasn’t clean and I found a pair of old socks in my bed so not sure if any cleaning was done since last stay as my bedding didn’t look or smell clean. But the worse part was the toilet that was disgusting.

huge property, good location. easy to find, good value for money. Only issue it was a very cold and felt like the home did not warm up.

Just not the warmest.

A information booklet could be provided, as we struggled to get the heating adjusted and the TV didn't broadcast normal channels, only streaming channels such as Netflix. Also we couldn't wash up plates and cutlery as the washing up liquid bottle was empty. During the booking process, 2 different key codes were messaged. The latter one advised didn't work, but fortunately I'd noted the initial code that was messaged.
