Beautiful house with lovely decor. Location was perfect for us. Plenty of room. The tea, coffee, and other bits and pieces was a nice touch. We only used it for somewhere to sleep so it was ok for us. The bathroom is beautiful. Although we didn't use it I loved the bar.

Heating wasn't working so very cold at this time of year. Double bed needs replacing. Kitchen window doesn't close properly. Not as clean as I would expect. It would be perfect after a little bit of maintenance.

Location, size of property.

Other people's belongings around. Litter in the coal scuttle and behind sofa. Broken toilet handle. Cobwebs everywhere.

Style of property and layout was perfect. The bath and bathroom are very nice and the kitchen is fully equipped.

There was no towels, we messaged and some were brought within 30 mins, the towels were very dirty and covered in hair and stains and looked used. The pillow cases on the double bed were stained and ripped and looks like a dog has been in previous as white hairs all up the stairs and landing.
