Good heating

Unable to cook as the oven is a health hazard, broken freezer, broken toilet, loose bathroom tap, outside covered in cigarette ends and litter, lots of personal items in the house and the mattress is just terrible

had the wow factor on entry. decoration and furniture very nice. very spacious. comfy sofas in longe

It was very cold. we switched heating on but the radiators barely got warm. we all had to sleep fully clothed as we were that cold. the toilet didn’t seem to be filling completely so didn’t flush properly. only 2 towels in bathroom when there were 4 of us staying. no lock on bathroom door.
