fabulous location. Perhaps the best neighborhood to enjoy being a tourist.

Perhaps the patio area front and back could be tidier but it is a big building with I am sure multiple owners so might be a homeowner Association issue.

The location was great! Walking distance to all main highlights and close by grassmarket and Victoria street. The accomodation had everything you need, very clean and super nice there were two bathrooms.

If I have to be picky, there was some outside noise and from the neighbours upstairs during the night so we didn’t sleep very great but it was a busy Easter weekend so. Also extra cloths in the kitchen would be useful. But really not worth not booking the accomodation, it was really nice!

the most significant is the location, The apartment is just on the very elegant Victorial Street, which makes us so convenient to walk every sites, Royal Mile, St Giles, the museum, Edinburgh University and several Chinese restarant. Also the room is very nice equipped, clean, elegant and the design is what I like.

When I enter the room, there is no heating, with host's video guidence, found that the heater was turned off in the central. And the next day, when I would like to cook, find the oven doesn't work, With the host coming and she called a manager find that the central electricity was turned off. Anyway, the host is very active and helpful in assisting. But, the last night the whole heating system was suddenly out of work, without heating which is fine but without hotwater as well which give this lovely apartment stay a bad ending make me and my daughter feel regret. Hope could make the heating more stable and more ready for next guest. Anyway, I still consider next time stay here especially for my family visit. Excellent location, very spacious, shower was excellent. Perfect location for the Royal Mile, Greyfriars Bobby round the corner, good eateries. Just brilliant.

The apartment was in a good position. Very spacious and well laid out. In walking distance of the old town, the Royal mile, Edinburgh castle and tours which take place in old town. The management team need a shout out as they were very good at keeping us updated when had a problem with tv and when locked phone in apartment on our last day.

The tv in lounge and bedroom didn’t work couldn’t even connect to WiFi to use the streaming services, aerial in lounge not long enough so had Louie in to try to fix for two days of our stay, left us with a smaller tv so we had something as couldn’t be sorted. Hot water not very hot from taps and in the ensuite shower. Floors very squeaky and could cause a problem as sharp edges and slightly raised. Needs a good dusting - the window main bedroom and the radiators full of dust.

The beds in the accommodation are tired and uncomfortable, the main bathroom could use an update (especially to fix the leak in shower). Walking past restaurant employees smoking every time you had to go in and out of the unit was uncomfortable and unhealthy. The main gate was rarely locked, despite a sign indicating it should be.
