Pre-payment is required for this property at the time of booking. If however the automatic system fails after receiving details of your credit card from Booking.com you will required to confirm the details and make an online payment via the operator's own secure guest area. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A formal confirmation email from the operators will be sent afterwards to provide instructions. Check-in after 19:00 is possible, subject to availability and by prior arrangement. A late check-in fee applies and is payable on arrival in cash. Late check-in fees are: 19:00 until 22:30: GBP 15 22:30 until 00:00: GBP 30 00:00 until 02:00: GBP 50 The apartments is completely on the ground floor but does have a few steps to negotiate for access. Guest should specify the number of people staying at the property, including children, at the time of booking, to ensure beds are set up correctly on arrival. If there is only two guests please advise if you will require the use of both bedrooms. If the guest number is less than 5 or 6 people please advise if the sofa bed will be required. The second bedroom can also be prepared as double room if requested at the time of booking, the default is a twin.
