Esk Cottage - Cyanacottages

We really enjoyed the private covered hot tub, which overlooked the harbour, the views were amazing. The flat was well positioned above the harbour, only a few minutes walk into town. The parking was good.

Most of the flat was clean, although the cooker hood was covered in grease. The frying pans were not very good/ clean. The floor near settee was dirty and had orange mark, so hadn't been cleaned. Some of the paintwork needed touching up. The water pressure was good, although not enough hot water when washing my hair. The TV screen is working although there are a lot of "dots" on it. No mat near back door. For the money we paid we found this a bit disappointing. The attention to detail is lacking, which is a shame .

Was a little tricky to find the property also The parking . Once we parked the car we found it hard to find the cottage . Should be more signs

Amazing place was there last year bed broke and was told if booked again would get some money of next booking but that didn't happen

Hairs on the towels. Staff member next day was so rude whilst we were leaving Can’t check in till 4 and it’s dark!!!

Clean and tidy, right in the centre of whitby just a short walk into the town

Hot tub

Fridge wasn’t clean, had a big hair in it,

It had every thing you need and more

Hot tub was grate the view was lovely realy good location had loads round you easy access to food and drinks
