Clean hot tub was good nice views

Fantastic views from both the kitchen window and the balcony, location, private hot tub area, lovely large rooms, modern bathroom, VERY clean, excellent communication! It is based in a residential area so it's lovely and peaceful. Short walk to the local bars and restaurants.

There wasn't anything we didn't like. Maybe the pillow in the hot tub and the hot tub cover could be renewed as these were extremely old and the decking area could be updated but the hot tub itself was amazingly clean and felt quite new.

The view overlooking Whitby was lovely. Modern. Location good.

Late check-in 4pm and early check-out 10am. Would have been better if could check-in earlier and check-out later at no extra cost.

Bed was too soft but personal choice. Price was a little more thinking of but was a special occasion so ok. Hot tub was great at end of day walking. Had a lovely break.good location, convenient for places nearby like Abbey and old part of town. Parking spot a big plus as parking costs ridiculous.

The mattress on the bed wasn’t the best.

A short walk from the town, great views, and well spec’d accommodation. Very comfortable.

The property was tricky to find, especially at night. What3words would be one way to make directions easier.

Loved hot tub and the View cottage was lovely and clean.

The shower wasn’t great and TV backlights you could see spots.

Lack of condiments, cups and size of cups and plates, lack of toilet roll and no soap dish in the shower.
