Central Brighton garden studio, close to seafront

Everything we needed was there, great location & helpful host.

The water pressure on the shower wasn’t great, but didn’t spoil our stay

Kitchen was well equipped, small area for hair and make very well lit, had small table and chairs through patio doors and rattan sofa up steps, very quite location really close to beach

The garden area untidy needs some tlc, if the weather wasn’t fantastic would feel really claustrophobic being stuck inside to sleep eat in one room. Needs a really good clean inside cupboards, oven was dirty and trays in it hadn’t been cleaned, carpet needs replacing or cleaning, Lights over bed very dusty and cobwebs about, only 2 bath towels left no hand towels. Overall just needs a good clean and a bit of tidying outside and would be lovely

Logement pratique et très bien équipé. Bonne communication avec l'hôte. L'extérieur est un vrai plus même si nous n'avons pas eu l'occasion d'en profiter.

Beliggenheden og den lille gårdhave

Stilladset både foran og bagved huset - og alt det rod, der hørte til byggeriet. Det ødelagde lidt af fornøjelsen.

Fabulous property, in great location with everything required for a few days away.

Steps and walkway to the apartment were untidy and dirty from the renovations happening above...didnt cause any major issues though

How close it was to everything!! 1 min walk and have the view of the sea!

Excellent location, good size. Nice to have outdoor space. Comfortable bed.

The steps are quite steep and there’s no handrail. Luckily there was scaffolding because of the building work. The outside lighting seems to rely on discrete solar units which means the steep stairs are dark after about 22:00 on winter nights. There was a bit of a damp smell (but fair enough- it’s a basement). The location of the bathroom (off the entrance) isn’t ideal. Fridge seemed to be near the end of its useful life.
