The apartment was clean and close to all of the local area.

Could do with more opening windows. Couldn't get enough fresh air into the apartment.

A modern, clean apartment which is well appointed. Everything you need for a stay away from home. Nice to be on ground floor and great to have dedicated parking nearby.

Just a couple of minor issues that were soon sorted out by the helpful agent.

Acsses to the car park and property was not explained clearly had issues getting keys better instructions would have been nice.

Nice and cosy, clean and spacious. Bed was really comfortable and it was a quick walk into the city.

The fob for the carpark was absolutely atrocious and was really hard to work with.

The bathroom in need of maintenance (tiling) extraction system not very effective. Fold away bed.

Location and it was newish, clean and nicely decorated

Not enough wardrobe hanging space and fob for parking was a bit hit and miss

location easy walk into the highlights of York, tastefully converted building and secure building, apartment was modern, everything you needed for a mix of local sight seeing and travelling further afield to the coast and into the dales. The apartment was very clean all appliances up to date and functioning, we mixed dinning in and out, StayYork team very helpful with information and availability if req’d. Great bonus secure parking on site.

Although the shower room was excellent it was let down by the grouting falling out of both walls and floor, time to get Bob the Builder back (been there), mattress was very soft.
