Only one very small window to open and in the heat it was very very warm in the apartment. Could do with proper air con

Only one opening window but there was a fan. Cups in cupboard and knife in rack were dirty and had to be washed.

Property was well located in a quiet area, 5-10min from city centre. Secure parking and premises.

Although parking was in a secure gated area, the bay allocated needs to be signposted better to avoid upsetting residents.

Excellent location & the free parking is a real bonus. Comfortable, well equipped studio, nicely decorated.

Only one small window that opened which makes it difficult to get any air into the apartment during hot weather.

Was a lovely appartment had a cozy feel to it and bed was comfy and soft. The goody bag was a nice touch. The parking was brilliant.

The facilities could of been better, the kettle was in an unusable condition, covered in limescale! Reported it to stay york office but the issue wasn't resolved! Luckily we came in summer as we only got one hot shower during our stay and had cold showers for the rest of our stay which doesn't matter so much in summer but wouldn't be ideal in winter months!
