Beautiful apartment, clean ,tidy, all the amenities and very clear and thorough Instructions from arriving, staying and departing . Fabulous location. Parking is an absolute bonus and secure. Will definitely return again, we LOVED our stay here . Thank you 😊

Lovely flat, quiet location (10 min walk to city centre) . The flat was clean with everything we needed. Will definitely stay here again.

The email I got said I should obtain parking permit to place in car but after calling I was told that wasn’t needed at all. All fine after that but the notes should be updated for future.

Very cosy, good size and good facilities. Overall a very nice place and felt very safe. Location was away from the busy town with a little walk to the centre.

There was a broken tile in the kitchen area and the silicone around the shower was loose.

The property was clean, tidy and just simply beautiful xxx

What is there not to like... place is perfect for a few nights' stay. Loved that my car was in a secure location.

I am aware I'm being picky, but the boiler is noisy, and the noise is the same all day and night. Even with all the doors shut, you can still hear it. No, it's not loud, but when you hear a noise, it's hard to to not hear it

The location is in a great location - canal view, quiet area, parking on-site, and only 8 mins walk to the Shambles. There’s also a retail park 5 mins walk away with supermarkets etc. The bed is super comfortable, the apartment is modern and we were really happy with our choice.

The small niggles were that there was only 2 loo rolls and 1 bin bag for the week, there’s no cupboard space for storing food (there could be if the kitchen was organised a bit better) and there’s very minimal storage for clothes.

Modern apartment with everything you could need. Bed is comfortable enough and room was room at all times. Very close to centre of York but a quiet complex.

Email instructions of parking said bay 1 but welcome pack in room said bay 4 and needed a parking permit so that was abit confusing but just assumed the welcome pack was dated and stuck to the email instructions.

Great location to explore the city and the standard of furnishings and facilities where of a very high standard.

Clean, tidy decor, cosy with everything needed for our stay.

The only gripe was the missing/ loose grouting on the bathroom floor and shower tray, and the shower head was scaled up with limescale. Other than that, all good. Could do with a wall clock in the lounge area.
