Apartment was clean and comfortable and in a fabulous location for exploring the city and was very quiet at night.

The key safe being very low down to access. Only grumbles were no welcome package of coffee, tea etc that we were told would be in the apartment and extractor fan in bathroom did not work.

Beautiful property, nice quiet location but close to everything. Great communication leading up to stay. Great to have parking.

It was so hot but the radiators weren’t even on, ventilation wasn’t great from shower and steamed up windows within seconds. Bathroom could use a little TLC - some grouting needs replacing. Also as I have said it is great to have parking but it does need some looking at - there were shoes and clothes hanging around like they belonged to homeless people.

"Superb"

The secure parking was a real bonus, especially with a rental car. Great communication from Stay York, the property managers. Easy walk to all that York is famous for.

Really nothing to dislike. A perfect spot for a holiday, as New Zealanders everything was user friendly and written instructions for the washer etc were very clear.

Really good location in the centre of York. Had everything needed in the property. Very clean. Instructions prior to visit really good which meant you could easily find everything you needed

Bed wasn’t that comfortable. Mattress wasn’t great and as it was a pull down bed large gap between bed and wall that pillows fell into. Television has a fault as was very slow on the internet channels

MODERN LAYOUT AND EQUIPMENT. VERY QUIET. GOOD LOCATION WITH EXCELLENT RESTAURANTS NEARBY

PARKING WAS ON 6TH FLOOR OF CAR PARK. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE IF THERE WAS PRIVATE OUTDOOR SPACE WITH APARTMENT

Well located short walk to city centre with well equipped kitchen and secure parking is a bonus

The fold out bed was not comfortable for 2 adults and only having a small window for fresh air was not ideal as the apartment was very hot
