Charming apartment, great location, very clean and quiet

Super apartment everything you need close to town and all amenities great place to stay.

Disappointed that the bed wasn't made new bedding on the floor someone came to check there was soap? Asked about the bed he made a phone call and was asked to do it as the cleaners never returned to do it.Felt sorry for the young lad and ended up helping him so our check in was actually 4.35 rather than the expected 4.00pm.Very nice young lad and very apologetic.

I liked that it was on the ground floor, I liked that it was situated 10 mins walk from the main streets of York and it had safe parking!

The ground floor looks to have a lot of rental apartments which means there’s often lots of noise with suitcases and children running down the corridors

Property is situated perfectly in York centre. No more than 10 mins away from anything and within walking distance. The bed was super comfortable, accommodation was immaculate and beautifully presented.

Great location, nice decor, free parking, good property manual.

Could not really manage hot water properly. Were trying to have quick showers, but needed to boost the hot water a number of times. Need to look into a solution for this (perhaps better instructions).

Double bed was a bit small. Should have upgraded to aKing. Very quiet location

The apartment was well located and well appointed.

I did have some issues with getting the electric hob to work and getting the hot water to work in the shower. It turns out the issues were with my lack of familiarity with the equipment but because the apartment is managed off site communication is an issue. It took 2 days for somone to check the hot water. In the end I worked out the tap system on my own. Parking was provided but the allowed space is very narrow.
