Loved the cuteness, layout, and location! Parking was a bit more challenging. Took me a few minutes to figure out how to get the gate to open, as I wasn’t familiar with the system, but all was great overall! Would definitely come back for another stay!

Lovely, comfy appt. A stones throw away from the centre. Everything you needed was supplied and great to have your own parking space too.

The suite was in a good location able to walk into city easily. It was clean, comfortable and secure felt safe. Allocated parking space is a bonus included in the cost. Clear instructions were given by staff in detail, good communication from booking. Little welcome pack was a nice touch with tea, coffee, milk and biscuits. Everything we needed was in the property. Had a lovely break, would return again and recommend.

Shower temperature it was either cold or extremely hot wasn't able to get the right setting to regulate the temperature. We had to use the boost function on the tank before which takes up 15/20 mins as my partners first shower was cold so we had to plan ahead for this the next couple of days. Don't get me wrong we managed to have a shower but it was just the temperature that affected us. Had we not experienced this we would of given the stay a 10.

Great location, 10 mins from centre of York. Lovely, quiet studio flat. Bed is a lot comfier than you would have thought for a pull down bed. Check in was 4pm but we received a text at about 2pm to say the room was ready and we could check in, which was good.

Details stated there would be tea/coffee so we didn’t take any and there wasn’t any when we got there.

Location, parking.

No shower gel or shampoo/conditioner, which surprised at £130 per night. Access details but sent through. Had to contact Stays.
