The apartment is a perfect location for York City centre, easily within walking distance and handy having a supermarket nearby for bits and pieces. The apartment was clean and had everything you would need.

Clean and comfortable , easy to access on the ground floor and the bonus of secure parking was perfect. Close to York centre, easy to visit many places from here. Quiet both inside and outside the apartment, warm and well presented. We would definitely return, and recommend to others.

Good location, easy walking distance to central York

Apartment was filthy, stained upholstery and carpet. Ridiculously uncomfortable fold out double bed. Mould in shower and dirty cutlery and crockery in cupboards. Thick dust on lamps and windowsills. Washing machine was dirty inside. Kettle was not useable.

The location was brilliant for walking into city centre.

Noise from apartment above most evenings, loud banging and stomping about. Bed very uncomfortable as it was a pull down bed like a camping bed and floor was filthy down from the headboard, obviously hadn’t been cleaned for a long while. We got 2 parking fines once home as York stays had not registered our number plate for the parking in the allocated space.
