Outstanding accommodation. Fantastic location. Couldn't fault it- we'd be happy to live there.

Location was amazing. Close to everything but still very quiet and felt special. The property was spacious and very clean and tidy. Everything we needed was working. Thoughtful details such as good basket on arrival.

There was a slight smell of damp as you entered the property and in the downstairs bathroom.

The apartment was located on a beautiful street close to the centre and well located to public transport. It was very clean, warm and had everything you would need. It was comfy and very quiet. It was really was stunning. The checking process was also very easy and the owners kindly let us leave our bags in the office as we arrived quite early - so we could start exploring edinburgh before check in.

Everything. The location, the beauty of the house, the garden...It was a dream come true

Great location on Circus Lane. The apartment was beautiful and there were some great little touches provided by the hosts.

The check in process could probably be improved. I don’t see why a combination lock key holder couldn’t be kept at the apartment instead of around the corner.

The cooker was not very clean within the apartment The previous visitors had left a crisp packet under the bed, the floor under the bed had clearly not been cleaned for weeks ! The most concerning thing is that the downstairs bedroom was locked to the back garden, this was stated on the booking information. But what was to happen if there was a fire on the ground floor - there would be no way of escape from the bedroom. This seriously need looking at !

Location, comfy beds, easy to find parking

The oven shelf fell to bits when we tried to move the trays. We couldn’t open any windows except the bathroom upstairs. There was building going on at 830am on Bank Holiday Monday.
