"Great location but disappointing not to be able to access the courtyard."

Great location in an exceptionally attractive street!

We couldn’t open any windows because they were painted shut. We had no access to the courtyard as no key was provided. Downstairs was cold as there was no heating.

"Felt experience of accommodation could have been better with a little more effort."

Location was great. Great having bathroom or ensuite per bedroom.

The flat had minimal clean. When using the oven the tray holders fell off so difficult to use. Usually with multiple guests and days there is access to extra towels if needed.

Lovely and warm and very comfortable. Close to everything. Beds very comfortable.

Only one small thing - second bedside reading lamp required in top floor bedroom.
