Very steep stairs to access and damp smell. Otherwise perfect.

Good instruction given to collect keys easily . Excellent location in the city centre. Value for money Fridge, microwave and washing machine are excellent. Fantastic Indian Restaurant next door.

No aerial on tv. Heating confusing to operate at times. Late bar directly across the road can create late noise.

Bed was quite uncomfortable and could definitely do with some different pillows. Very noisy at night but that’s something you’d expect an element of being in the centre of town. Very minor issues, for an otherwise fab property. Thanks for a lovely stay :)

Great location, just a short walk from the station and Hereford cathedral, centre etc Access instructions straightforward. Studio was spotless, well equipped and very comfortable. Would definitely recommend and would certainly look at staying again.

The property was a fab location. Everything you need for a short break. Plenty of space for two people. Clean and well presented.

As pointed in other reviews, the noise from the pub across the road is quite loud at certain points. Ear plugs defo assisted with this issue. Maybe could do with additional screens on windows to dull it a little more. Tv had a cutting noise while watching but wasn’t too irritating for us as we had not come to watch a lot of tv. Bathroom a little cold but if you prop the door open the other heat solves this issue.

Really central location 5 mins to shops, hospital, 5-10mins walk to station.Apartment immaculate and well equipped

You have to expect city noise until 2am due to location but earplugs help. The night storage heater in living/bedroom area didn't come on during our stay so we were uncomfortably cold as relied on small radiator in kitchen area.
