The Cutlass Nest by Prime Stays - Broad Street Base with Secure Parking

Very clean good location is loud on a night but we're not light sleepers. Safe secure parking local to all locations

Hoover was smelling very bad and no shovel n brush

Additional Deposit required once paid for the room, this is not highlighted when booking. Converlited deposit payment and ID process, with mulitple company names referd to, which is very concering and confusing. The description states "Newly Refurbished" this is incorrect, to the point the the batroom ceiling is cracked stained and very moldy form a leek above which has clearly not been repaird for a singnificnat perios of time. The bath pannel was cracked and the paint flaking off the skirting, so definatly not "Newly Refurbised" this is a misrepresentation.

Nice location - cool area and close to the city center with great shopping options too. Very convenient when going to Birmingham Arena. The apartment had everything you needed in the kitchen with utensils.

We had no warm water for half of our stay, so we mostly took cold showers. The bed was also very uncomfortable.

Stunning property located very centrally to many different activities that Birmingham has to offer

Property was as sold, central location and a short walk from the train station. Facilities were good and perfect for what we needed it for. Great value for money considering it was pride weekend too. Also life saver as our original accommodation cancelled 2 weeks before our stay! Would stay here again :)
