"Wouldn't recommend this place"

Flat was a bit grubby (settee especially)and needs some repairs - wardrobe door in one bedroom is off it's hinges so couldn't open. Bedding needed for bed settee wasn't in flat. Asked for it to be delivered along with enough towels for all guests. Delivery made hours later when we were out so one member of party had to run back to flat to take delivery. Not all bedding needed was there and we never got the towels needed. Left with a sense that the management company running this flat didn't care about the quality of experience for guests.

Flat not the same as flat shown in pictures. Very tired decoration in urgent need of update, carpets dirty, windows dirty - place looked tatty like bad student flat. Cups not properly clean. Only one lamp in living area - and no bulb No batteries in TV remote Wardrobe door off runners No working fan in bathroom Cracked bathroom floor Parking place advertised as secure - but gate never shut over weekend Need to warn about noise level from Broad street especially car horns- excessive on a Saturday night until 04:00

Very disappointing. Nothing like the photos. No 13 flat Very poorly maintained. Lots broken- taps, lights, cupboards, blinds, wardrobe, windows- good job it wasn't cold. Kitchen floor disintegrating, bathroom floor all cracked. Awful bed and linen. Grubby- litter behind sofa etc Smelly, uncleaned communal areas
