Lovely little flat, had everything we needed. Communication from host excellent.

Walk up the hill!!! 🤣 there wasn't anything we didn't like. It was great for us.

Location was brilliant, plenty room and nice outside space

Bathroom and kitchen could have been cleaner. Oven needed a proper clean.

The WiFi was impossible to access. Tried several times. Complicated series of numbers and figures. The response often said connected when in fact is was not. Annoying.

Wifi a little unreliable.

Really lovely place to stay, especially if the weather is nice as the garden area is stunning. Hosts were easily available if needed, bed was super comfortable and the shower was super hot and had great pressure. Ironing board being available and hairdryer was super helpful.

Unfortunately even after the host tried to fix it, the WiFi just never worked. Also found it very odd that while the kitchen was well stocked there were no kitchen knives to use making it hard to cook while there. I did ask the host if I missed where they were but no response was given so I assume there were just no knives.

Fantastic location, very quiet, lovely garden view with outside seating area. Well equipped kitchen. Great art on the walls!

Perfect location for what we had planned in Lincoln. Short walk to Bailgate, the castle and cathedral. Lots of nice restaurants, bars and shops nearby. The studio felt comfortably warm when we arrived, when we were getting ready to go out and when we got up in the morning. There were ample cups, plates, cutlery etc for what we needed for a short stay. Lovely little outside space. Pity the weather was quite chilly, I imagine it's really nice to sit out there on a sunny day/evening. Good communication from the owners with easy to understand directions and how to access the property.
