Quite village like location, around the corner from all the best pubs, restaurants and tourist locations.

No dedicated parking, but there was free parking reasonbly close by, on Nettleham Road.

Parking can be a pain

Great location and property for a stay in Lincoln. We were there three nights and enjoyed it immensely. Property had everything that we needed for a great stay.

Everything was good

Location is perfect. Bedding and towels were clean. We could amend the heating to how as we wanted it. Nice garden to sit out.

Sadly - a few things. The shower was filthy, as were the skirting boards and there were cobwebs under tables. The toilet leaked. The 'stove' was so old it was rusty and when we tried to boil eggs on it, we gave up as one hob didnt work at all and the other only got warm, not hot. No local parking and double yellow lines, which is hard when dropping off luggage. Most importantly, there were no teabags!!!

A bit cold, porbably a better summer getaway location, especially with the garden.

The location at the top of the hill was exceptional and only a few minutes walk to the cathedral etc. but in a quiet location. The accommodation was nicely decorated with beautiful paintings had nearly everything we wanted: well equipped and a very comfortable bed and even a secluded garden.

The only thing which could have improved it was parking, but we managed to find free parking just across the road down one of the streets opposite. Oh and a couple more pegs to hang towels in the bathroom.

gorgeous garden views. clean and tidy. would love to stay there again in the summer when visiting my daughter who is at BGU

could have done with a bread knife. but that's a minor detail
