Lovely location and cute comfortable studio and good value for money

Bathroom needs attention black mould on some areas and bad smell. Could hear people walking around upstairs and were using washing machine etc

Very comfortable bed, interesting decor and in a very good location for us.

Shower room very cold could have done with infrared heater. Could not understand instructions to use oven. Very complicated.

Beautiful garden, central location.

The towels and bedding were clean but the sofa pillowcases and blankets really need a wash. They have old food stains and not a pleasant smell. Some pans were dirty.

The flat was great value for such a nice location near the cathedral.

It was a little basic, but great value.

Central but quiet location

Very badly insulated. We could hear every movement made on the floor above.

Lovely clean bed, nice outdoor space, close to the shops and pubs.

Noises from upstairs were off-putting ,dirty shower screen, thin curtains by the bed didn't cover the window completely ,what looked like access from next door straight into property was not ideal. Small sofa wasn't very comfy and limited storage for clothes. Overall not very clean 😕

It was dark on arrival so couldn't find it gate sign on entry is not visible and very cold at night and in the morning rads do come on but it's warm in the day and we're out all day need to be warm at night and in the morning no heating in the bathroom. Ppl walking about at all times in the night and early morning..apart from that it's OK location fantastic that's wat won the day really..Lincoln is a fantastic place to visit ppl very friendly.
