Location

On arrival the room smelt musty but soon went ,the TV wouldn’t do anything but tune to channel 4 and on off that was it ,I had to download the manual for the model (KDL-32WD752) from the internet to find out how it works in doing so it now works,( I have a feeling from other reviews this is on going, so why has it not been rectified before I got in or TV replaced ???. I think he’s done this to stop you using it so you don’t turn it over or volume up ) so you just don’t watch it ,I could be wrong... From me keep finger on green 💚 button this dose it .the freezer was unusable door to freezer section wouldn’t shut ,as it hadn’t been defrosted for god knows how long so first night I defrosted it and cleaned it out next day, broken handed fond at the back job done but shouldn’t have to all vender has to do is after client leaves is turn it off leave door open clean it out and put it on the day new  renters arrive . And the roof (or lack of roof) on the lean-to in Garden needs fixing fast it lets everything down. The lack of maintenance is very poor spend £100 onit (update man in garden says roof missing so you can see cathedral I’d sooner be dry as I told him ,how long do you want to look at a pointy bit of a church I sat down on chair and you can clearly see the church no issues?) .. building work next door made sure you woke before 8am bed rubbish sleep on the window side bed as it is 2 beds split the beds vender .nois from upstairs bad at times .enjoyed my stay left alone so all good there exalent location . Missed opportunity for parking on front rip gates down let to renters £10 a day they will pay ...dump pillows with feathers in save you picking them up and off your clothes every time you move. Microwave has rust at the joints inside wants replacing, toaster tray cleaned by me, no issues as to how clean the place was . constant banging from nextdoor as I type 45 minutes now 14.

Perfect location and the garden was ideal

Not as clean as it could have been. Finger marks on cupboard glass and TV screen; unwashed plate in the cupboard. Couldn’t get TV to work properly.

Ligging was perfect, uitzicht op mooie tuin

Het was niet schoon, vieze kopjes in de kast, stofwolken bij het bed en vieze ramen.

Location , comfortable bed , outdoor space, quiet.

Settee was a bit small .

I love the location right by the Cathedral it’s central and close to visiting friends

I think the property could do with a lick of paint. The little garden is lovely but cigarette butts and under the cushions on the seat was sunflower seeds that could be tidied up. Also, the bed looks like it could be made to singles, but when put together one part is slightly higher than the other it just a little uncomfortable.
