Top Studio

The property was simple, but clean and comfortable. Everything was as advertised. The location was excellent; very close to Lincoln old town.

- Nice quiet place, close to castle

- very cold bathroom without heating, and not very clean, too much spiders and cobwebs - not very clean place, too much dust - remote control needs new battery, maybe bigger and more comfortable sofa in living room? - 2 single beds put together, not very comfortable - horrible condition frying pan, dirty cups and cutlery - most time no hot water in kitchen and bathroom tap - entrance gate broken, very hard to open and close

What a wonderful stay! Everything exceeded expectations. Great location, comfy bed, oodles of hot water, powerful shower. Central location yet quiet and a beautiful, peaceful outlook with a small courtyard garden and views to the cathedral. Was it equivalent to a 5star hotel. Probably not. It was an old building with character, a bit of limescale and a resident spider. All part of the character and charm. Comfortable and everything we hoped for.

Small things - maybe a baking tray, better frying pan and bigger sharp knife / bread knife.
