16 John Walker House River Views, Parking and Lift

Property was clean, well located and spacious. Had all the facilities we needed. Little toiletries were a nice touch. Great having Netflix after a busy day in York.

The location and size of the property is perfect.

The bed made the loudest noise when moving. The price is increasing by £100 per year for just 2 nights!

Location, couldn't be better, lovely view of river from living room and bedroom and close to everything in the city. As the flat was in a gated block we felt very secure, underground parking with personal parking space.

One small thing, dripping tap in kitchen, needs a new washer. Easy to fix.

Location, size and layout of apartment and all that was included for us to use. It included secure parking too

Looked a little tired in places

Location was fantastic and having a balcony with seating was a great bonus. Lots of wildlife

Bit if a faff with picking up keys at different location and getting in main gates then getting in underground car park with fob. We weren't the only ones either. Once sorted was very secure.

We loved the property . The location was perfect. The property had views of water. Short walk to the town . Would recommend

Nothing to dislike

Location and overall size of property. Communal area carpet clean..compared to apartment!

Everything else. Dirty , stained carpets, second bedroom mattresses needed replacing, smell of smoke and drains, bathroom toilet and sink malfunctioning, kitchen tap leaking,balcony covered in bird droppings, overall very poor maintenance.

Loved the location

There was just one thing when I turned the oven on it kept tripping the breaker so could not use the oven, so was a bit inconvenient.
