"Very dirty in places. Comfortable and well equipped but needs a deep clean. Chair was filthy!!"

Very clear instructions

The lock box was covered in bird mess. It should be moved elsewhere! The key for the communal door was the same as the key for the apartment door!!

Very comfortable and clean, all the amenities we needed, and a great location.

Some minor issues. The Wi-Fi info was wrong on the welcome pack, but we soon found the correct details. There was a mix up over the check in details, but that was quickly corrected with a call to the hosting company.

"Superb location and spacious accommodation"

The apartment was a lovely size with all the amenities you could need. It had 2 bathrooms which we found useful! Very clean throughout- the town bedroom was also set up but we didn't use that. Balcony was a decent size for sitting out on and view was lovely. Lots of information left in apartment and clear instructions. Parking was great. Location was superb!! Right near centre of York for sightseeing.

Took a while to figure out bedroom heater so we were cold on our first night but managed to sort for 2nd night. Couldn't connect to Internet at all despite resetting the router - it just wouldn't come up on list but it wasn't detrimental to our trip.

"Very spacious apartment in an amazing location"

The location of the apartment on the edge of Fossegate was brilliant for everything in York City Centre within minutes. The apartment had amazing amenities and the bedroom sizes were exceptionally large.

The master bed was uncomfortable with the join in the middle of 2 beds being pushed together, very high and prominent you can feel the seams of the mattresses very hard, very rough and sore when laying on, easily solved with a mattress topper. That said, I would definitely stay there again.

"Over all I would come back again to this apartment really liked it my family all so liked it a lot"

The location was good and the apartment was very nice and liked the river view

Only a couple things I didn’t like 1 the washing machine dryer didn’t really seam to work properly took forever for clothes to dry 2 the toilets you had to wait a long time to flush again and 3 would of liked Disney plus on tv to Watch Christmas movies
