Great position on the river Enjoyed sitting on the balcony Felt reassured by private secure parking and secure apartment. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need Lovely linen and towels

It could have been a little cleaner in the bathrooms Sink in en suite could not be used due to plug stuck in sink Sliding shower door in en suite difficult to slide and stained

Location was great , just a 5 min walk and you're in the thick of it. Loved the balcony looking out over water. Very secure as needed codes to get access into property grounds.

A few minor maintenance issues which we took up with the letting agents.

Great location. Very secure for both car and property.

The double bed was terrible. I really hate those joined beds to form a double and this one was no exception.

Well equipped, really good location and loads of space. Suited our needs to a T . Our guests have mobility issues & was perfect for them- close to centre and reasonably priced good quality restaurants very close

Electric heating . Very effective but previous occupier must have fiddled with it & a bit complicated to restore ( instructions were at the property for all appliances)

Great location, nice position over looking the river Foss. Large apartment with everything you should need. Secure parking and surroundings. Near by local shops and eaterys.

No dressing table in main bedroom and the bedroom light needs to be bright to get ready - Cleaning requires more attention to detail, dusty bathroom fans, tile trims, radiators, light shades, shower frame requires descale. Loo brush filthy - No bathroom shelves. Kitchen sink didn't hold water.. it needs a working plug as the seals eroded - cutlery needed a GOOD clean - Beds not very comfortable but bedding immaculate. Room dining chairs stained + sofa had coffee stains and needed wipe over.
