"Great stay exploring the Christmas Markets"

The location was perfect, a designated parking spot was really good as parking in York can be really tricky. The small balcony is a nice touch but not during the winter. The lift from the parking garage to the apartment was handy when handling baggage. A nice little apartment!

The carpets in the lounge look like they are overdue a deep clean, felt a bit manky under foot. We're a staunch 'shoes off' family inside at home and especially someone else's home, but it doesn't look like most people are unfortunately. The two twin beds pushed together in the main bedroom were uncomfortable and seemed like the mattresses were needing replacing. Bit of a trek to get the keys from the lockbox, which is up the road in a different yard for some reason, but not a showstopper by any means.

Great location to visit York town centre. Big property lots of room just what we needed Very secure Great having car parking space

The double bed is two single mattresses pushed together which is fine, but a proper double mattress would have been preferred

Perfect location very comfortable highly recommend

We made the mistake of turning on all the radiators in the property when we arrived it got very hot quick I would recommend only turning a couple on if you don't like it being too warm... But it was nice to open the sliding door and look at the river from the living room
