Great staff asked for earlier check-in and they went out of their way to accommodate

The sink in the separate toilet was blocked, I had to try unblock by trickling hot water down. This worked to a certain degree but need looking at. Bleach in aparment could have helped. Also same room the flooring is coming away which could be a hazard to older people, potential trip.

The location is amazing

It could do with a freshen up on paintwork etc, could also do with a spare set of keys and fobs. We were 2 lots of 2 adults and had to leave and come back at the same time.
