Great location, nice apartment

The hot water was an issue on our first day but it was resolved reasonably quickly The wifi codes were completely wrong again rectified but hard to navigate the modem

Great location & a very spacious apartment

Lots of small issues really, which , when put together , made the place slightly disappointing tbh. The flat smelt musty on arrival. It felt a bit tired and uncared for. The flat door was not numbered so we did not know what buzzer to press to access the flat /alert the friend inside when we went out separately. A note in the hallway advised there would be a fire alarm practice on the Friday but it did not state what time, which is not very helpful! There was no instruction manual, welcome pack , info etc provided. On arrival the wifi info we had been given was incorrect. Had to msg to ask for the updafed code. We had an issue with the extractor fan. I sent a message asking for help but never got a reply. The water pressure was poor and had a funny smell when first running. The shower took an age for warm water to run through. 2nd bedroom has a broken wardrobe & broken window latch and . The pillows were so hard in this bedroom i was unable to sleep on them. All in all - great location, but only satisfactory accomodation

Very quiet, which was perfect for us. No noisy neighbours. Living room & kitchen upstairs bright, spacious, light & airy. Water is very hot in shower, which is good, but takes a while to run hot initially.

Lock-box for keys is pretty awkward to open and close, so would suggest getting a new one. Dishwasher had a dirty load of unwashed dishes from previous occupier which was disappointing to find. Fittings in bathrooms are not very sturdy. A few lightbulbs need replacing in lamps and over mirror in the ensuite. Kitchen bin lid keeps popping open - frustrating. Kitchen taps take a lot of turning to come on, and to turn off.
