Brunswick Apartments

It was comfortable and very spacious. My kids really enjoyed their stay here. We liked having our own sofa in the living room 😉. The kitchen was well equipped. Beds were very comfortable. We liked having two toilets with the main bathroom and ensuite. It's also a great location, we are so close to Edinburgh city centre. It was approx 30 mins walk from the train station. But it's between two main roads for buses and a tram that we explored. It's located near a play park if you have younger children (I have teens so didn't use it). It's located near Lidl, Iceland and Tesco express so you can happily go shopping 🛍️ for groceries. There are also a few pubs, cafes and Greggs nearby to eat out.

So my daughter didn't like the extra duvet didn't have a cover. My son didn't like the first time walking here, felt it was a bit of a maze. There is no TV in the bedroom, and no smart TV in the living room. (Just our personal preference). It would be useful to have usb sockets in the bedroom (as there is one in the living room). Using the oven on the first night was tricky as there was no instructions, but finally managed to figure it out. Also the only thing I feel the kitchen is missing is tongs to pick up food once cooked.

Location. Communication was very prompt. Very clean property. Good size.

No pod coffee machine (a nice touch). Main bed was two singles with noticeable gap between (a topper would help cover the gap).

Very nice apartment had everything we needed to be comfortable for our stay in Edinburgh. Host was always very responsive to any questions we had and provided recommendations for sites and restaurants.

We like everything about the property, some bath, body wash or shampoo would’ve been a nice addition.

Ens han allotjat en jna casa, que hi ha al darrera de l’apartament. Ha estat genial. Molt aprop de la parada del bus. Net i amb tot el que necessites a la cuina. Els llits són còmodes. Vam estar com a casa.

This is one place that the photos do no justice to !! It’s a hidden gem , if you don’t see it , you won’t believe it unless you see it ! The flat is massive , spacious , the kitchen could feed 10 people ! And everything is just there !!! Everything handy , clean and sooo well maintained .

Perfect location within walking distance of the city centre. Very clean and comfortable with nice soft beds, nice showers, WiFi and we'll stocked kitchen. Perfect for our short Hogmanay stay.

the property and parking facility is fantastic. The location to go to city centre and to highland was convenient.

The 1 hour of figuring out to collect the key and communication at the time of distress was inconvenient. The room was originally booked for 3 rooms (apartment 3) was switched to 2 rooms (Apartment 2) and people with snoring caused sleeping disruption. otherwise all good.

The check in was horrendous and complicated. The owner was not contactable. Troublesome!! Need to ensure to communicate before arriving ..
