Good sized flat, lots of room for our family of 5 (three small kids). Kitchen well kitted out, shops and takeaways nearby. Short walk from the city centre, recommend going by London Road park to break up the journey with children

Decking outside the property is rotting, but looks to be under-replacement. There's a second area off the living room, so not an issue.
