This is a really nice apartment in a quiet neighbourhood. Close to the city center (less than 30 mins walking to the castle). Great with free parking.

Really poor WiFi.

It is clean and comfortable.

The location. It needs to take around 25 minutes to walk from the apartment to city centre. If you din’t drive, it is not a good choice. It is quite expensive.

We had an accommodation that cancelled on us, so we booked this one at the last minute. He was fantastic, upgraded us to a bigger accommodation. Kitchen, lounge, everything was great.

Nothing.

The apartment is located in a quiet, residential area but close to the city centre. It is really spacious, has three floors and a nice backyard: it more than comfortably accommodated all five of us. It was also really clean and had everything we needed. The owner, Iain, was super kind and helpful before we arrived in Edinburgh and throughout our stay, helping us with useful info and setting up a late check in for us. I'd definitely book this apartment again. I really recommend it!

Spacious comfortable apartment with everything you need for a short stay. Handy location and very responsive and helpful hosts. Would stay again. Recommended.

The host Iain was responding to most of our queries timely. very good security. Kitchen was well equipped.

Apartment was at lower floor, like a basement. Furniture is old especially curtains were of 1980s style not covering the entire window glass. Shower tap of MBR was so small you can’t move freely. the outdoor patio was shared with other residences.

Perfect location, close to Edinburgh and a great selection of restaurants. Comfortable enough for four adults to stay.
