Twelve Popeshead -2 Bed City Apartment wParking

The apartment was in great location. Very clean and plenty of space.

There is no air con, we were there on a hot weekend and the apartment was very hot. The fans did not help.

I received all of the information on time, quick responses to all queries. The only thing I was a bit stressed about was not receiving QR code gor Shambles car park. Luckily, the barrier opened and everything was fine. The complimentary car parking was very much appreciated as cost of parking in York , has increased. The apartment was brilliant and we would definitely pick NO12 again. The location right in the centre close to do many amenities, was just perfect.

The location was wonderful for exploring York, so central. The apartment was warm and spacious. The beds were very comfy.

We had to have the handyman in to fix lights and to try to fix a sink which didn't drain well . There was no working bedside light in the single bed room and only one bedside light in the double room. The lamp stand in the main room wasn't working and several ceiling bulbs had blown . It needs generally refreshing.

WiFi was poor, no smart tv in this day and age. Main bathroom fan running constantly, main bathroom shower didn't work

Great location. Central for everything we wanted to do and see. Property was very clean and tidy, comfortable beds. Had everything you could possibly need.

Very uncomfortable sofa, rock hard bed. Broken lounge lamp. Broken lift. Cooking pots pans absolutely filthy

the apartment was spacious, close to to bars and restaurants.

I can't think of anything negative.
