Fantastic location, central to everything and very quiet. Spacious apartment with everything we needed.

Extra clean appartments right in centre of the old town inside the city walls. Very easy walk to almost everything. Buzzy centre of town but apartment very quiet. Staff exceptional, everything sorted efficiently and well.

Very good location, clean

Neither shower worked properly, the main bathroom shower barely at all while the en-suite had a leak that sent water everywhere but where it should have gone.

Good location right in the centre though not the easiest to find as it’s down a narrow passage

Booked because it was advertised as having a lift as I use a wheelchair, which didn’t work all the time we were there. Good job my son was there to piggy back me up 40 stairs then carry the wheelchair up. Cereal bowls dirty. One shower mouldy. If one shower was being used the other shower wouldn’t work. If you used the bath there was no hot water left for anybody else to shower or bathe

The apartment was in a brilliant location and very spacious

Comfortable, excellent location

Door fob did not work, lift not working , key box difficult to find at first, said behind the gate but there were lots of them, more detail would have been helpful, we did not break or damage anything please return £250 taken, would be better if the used the booking. Com insurance instead would only cost £25, we were happy to use this in Whitby.

The location is good . The apartment is clean .

The elevator is out of work . You need to climbing up two floor .

The apartment wasn't very clean. The ensuite shower in particular was mouldy and rusty. Uncomfortable beds - gave a back ache
