Location, quiet and very comfortable. Great quirky apartment, fantastic central location with all amenities close by. Waverly Park, Arthur's seat and the Palace very close too

Can't say there was anything we didn't like.

The layout with a separate living space that we could close off was perfect for privacy between us and our teenage daughter. The pictures are exactly what the flat looks like

The steep steps up to the loft bed were a little off putting for my, but the bed itself was very comfortable

"Very nice stay and loved the location"

The property was well equipped and in a great spot. Just away from the hustle and bustle but easy walk to everything and lovely green space and Arthur’s Seat very close.

The bed on the mezzanine was quite high up so a bit of a worry at first but got used to it.
