"Perfect house in a perfect location."

Location was perfect. Loads of walks at a short drive.

Never got the key safe code prior to arrival. Luckily the neighbours contacted the cleaner and were able to pass this to us.

"Good holiday with a few issues"

Location, parking the lodge were all fine

The heating was not working properly it was cold at times, shower could not be put on full as it flooded bathroom no one available on site as they were on holiday no back up in place.

everything was satisfactory

There was no heating on in the lodge,and despite an email to the host and one through booking.com, no heat. Getting an email on the 6TH day of our stay saying the heating comes on automaticly was a bit glib, and still no heat. NOT GOOD ENOUGH.

Beautiful location.

Only slight hitch was that booking .com.Have us a pin number for entry which was invalid. Had to contact someone on site to get us into our accommodation.

Convenient to meet up with party staying in Castle, lodge better equipped and maintained but mainly shared facilities in Castle. Cleaner helpful and did a good job

Code for key box wrong on booking e mail. Had to phone contact/owner who was fortunately available
