Stylish Central Watford 2 Bedroom and Sofa Bed Apartment with Free Parking

Wifi didnt work for entire stay time, needed to buy our own. The smell was really bad in main room/kitchen, we needed to keep windows open all the time. Rug was really dirty, we advise to change it.

Location was great for secure parking and only a short walk from the train station. Host was easy to contact and very helpful.

Some of the furniture was a bit worn but everything was clean, The location is right next to a trainline but this was made clear on the listing

A neat and well-presented property located conveniently close to Warford train station. Both rooms were spacious and comfortable, offering plenty of room to relax. The kitchen was a good size and came well-stocked with a generous selection of pots, pans, and utensils so ideal for anyone planning to cook. The added bonus of private, secure parking made things even more convenient. Overall, a comfortable and practical place to stay.

While the property itself was generally comfortable and well-equipped, I found the host's attitude a little off-putting. Given the proximity to the train line, it would be thoughtful to provide earplugs for guests, I had no issues myself, as I came prepared after reading previous reviews. The shower head could also use replacing, though I had brought my own, so it didn’t affect me too much. With a few small improvements, this place has great potential.

The beds and sofa were comfortable. The Living Room was homely. The flat was warm and felt cosy and secure. Parking was good.

Lack of maintenance to the apartment (eg plug in kitchen sink didn't work, chest of drawers broken). Access not very clear, as key safe containing gate fob was beyond the gate.

Great location, secure parking. Amenities nearby, short walk to the train station. Comfortable ground floor flat.

Few things need updating especially the sofa bed. Someone needs to check when light bulbs need changing, plug in kitchen sink needs replacing as it lets the water out.
