Spacious, well equipped apartment.

The bathroom needs a deep clean and re-decorating near the toilet. Appreciate the owners can’t go anything but I think people need to be aware of how noisy it is to stay in this apartment. The Tesco delivery is unbelievably loud for at least an hour at 7am every morning. Coupled with the noise from building work, the road/pubs, alarms going off all night, it is difficult to get any sleep. I left more exhausted than I was before our break, which wasn’t the idea.

Great location.. super facilities.. tastefull and comfortably furnished..lovley opening the door to twinkling lights of the Christmas tree. We settled in as soon as we arrived.. right in the centre of town. Very comfortable beds too.

Tesco delivery lorry at 0700 every morning was a bit noisy

Decorated to high standards. Central location

Needed more hangers, tea/coffee and toilet role. A bonus would be an en-suite. And whilst very central location we could hear everything and therefore woken up a lot. Other than that it was a lovely apartment.

Great location in the heart of Ambleside. Clare was very helpful with my questions before we arrived. Spotlessly clean and their guide book was very useful.

The stairs up from the car park were a bit of a struggle for me because I have arthritis. The heaters in the living room didn't work too well, and I imagine this could be a problem if you were staying in the Autumn or Winter. Also, the TV in the living room kept losing the signal but we sorted this out by discovering that the aerial connector kept coming loose and needed to be pushed back in. (Maybe put this in your guide book?)
