No 1, Midland Bank Chambers

It was very clean and tidy, had everything you could need and was very modern so overall it was great.

There were a few areas that needed attending to like cracks in the worktop and in the bathroom. One of the bedroom doors was sticking as well so was difficult to close properly.

Great time in Ambleside during the worst weather conditions , very heavy snow and below zero temperatures , super apartment with everything you could wish for, location is brilliant , close to everything we needed,

Early morning deliveries to local tesco branch , but would not stop us rebooking here

Really convenient location, very well designed and lovely space! Well kitted out with everything you need. Also fabulous local bathroom products!

Location really good close to all amenities

The Tesco delivery is delivered each morning before 7 am. just under the bedroom window was not pleasant. Also, the keys for the door from the car park did not always work

Clean, accommodating and comfortable Central location

The noise outside at 7am every single day but we knew this going in - just go to bed early

The location was right in the middle of Ambleside which meant we could park our car when we arrived and could walk everywhere we wanted to rather than having to drive the car each day. This was super convenient.. There were shops, cafes and hotels in which to eat within very close proximity to our accommodation which was a real bonus. It was great having a kitchen and we were able to make our own breakfast every day. We could have cooked an evening meal if we wanted to as Tesco was so close, we could easily get supplies.

One night the people in the pub were having a rather loud conversation as we were trying to sleep, but on the whole, even though the property was on a busy street, noise wasn't a problem. There were also lots of stairs but we solved that problem by bringing our luggage around to the front entrance when we first arrived as there were less stairs. It wasn't a problem leaving as it is easier going down stairs with luggage than up them.

The location was excellent as it was so central.

Location great,, entrance does not do the accommodation justice,, apartment excellent, although a bit confusing,, all done via WiFi,, entrance door needs fixing ,, noise early in morning from tesco delivery to shop below,, unable to open windows,, 1 guest felt very Cloustaphic,, bath amazing, 🛁 everything you would need available,, would recommend and hopefully will be returning,, clock in kitchen (which is large( needs a battery,, just a few small issues,, just a note to say 2 flights of stairs to get to apartment and doors could do with a bit of wd40,, as quite sqeeky,, give it a go ,, am sure you will enjoy 😉
