next to Tesco express so woken by their delivery at 7:00 each morning

bathroom sink was blocked and was very slow at draining

The apartment is in a prime location right in the centre of Ambleside. Easy access to get in to, I really like the key code to get in the front door, much easier than having a key. Check in was easy. The apartment itself is really high quality with excellent fixtures and fittings. The bath in the bedroom is amazing. Comfy beds, good wifi and overall a nice place to stay.

Not a negative, as you should expect noise if you choose a place in the middle of a bustling town, but just a tip. If you are a light sleeper or want a lie in make sure you take ear plugs. Even better if they were provided by the hosts.

Fabulous location. Clean, warm and comfortable.

Although we were aware that there would be early morning deliveries to Tesco, the noise levels would put us off visiting the property again. We had to put up with music and noise from the flat upstairs until 3am one night, and o. the last day the Tesco van arrived at 5.30am and kept the engine running outside the bedroom window for 2 hours… The kitchen was generally very well equipped, but really needs some more glasses for drinking water etc - the ones provided are like thimbles!

No note in any description of location that there would be a tescos delivery at 7am every morning outside of apartment or pub across the road bin collection. Poor tv reception in livingroom. High step up into/out of shower.

Completely central and had everything you needed. Lucky to have a tucked away parking spot around the back! All facilities were brand new and so clean, would definitely stay here again!

Nothing, it was perfect.

Great location in the middle of town. Very convenient and short walk to eat or shop nearby.

There was some 3 small puddles of water on the floor when we entered. Besides that, all is good.

Was a bit tiered, marks and paint missing on the walls mainly living room and bathroom. The back entrance was not goog the drain infrastructure of the step over flowing with a milky white substance, the staircase not good either but believe you are awaiting a decorator to sort. The early morning delivery at 7 am. every day lasting 30 mins doesn't bode well for a relaxing time 😞

great location. bath in the bedroom, sofa and beds were comfy too, good information on how to use the appliances.

very noisy from outside and above. toilet seat not fitted properly and dirty at the back. some cutlery plates ect were dirty. lighting not great in the main room very dark . also cold in the main living area.
