Excellent location, clean, a nice size, and easy to get hold of Guestz when needed

Lack of kitchen utensils, only one shower worked, and had WiFi issues

Great access to old Trafford football stadium, security good although main pedestrian gate appeared to be insecure, fab there is parking included. Everything you need is in the apartment.

The staff (male) at the shop where you collect the keys need serious customer service training!!! Very VERY strong smell of cannabis as you enter the building and along the corridors, but luckily, not in the apartment. New mattress badly needed in bedroom without the ensuite. Appeared to run out of hot water, but we managed and the cold shower was very bracing

The apartment is walking distance from Old Trafford as well as having easy access to public transport so the location is perfect.

Not being able to check in/collect keys until 5pm was difficult to manage. The place where you collected keys from was a bit dodgy as well, it had a government health and hygiene warning plastered on the entrance!

It was a perfect location for what we needed. It had everything thing that was needed.

If I was being picky the sofas weren’t very comfy.

Key pick up was the only dark spot in our stay. The host provided an information PDF about the property, but it did not include directions about where to pick up the keys. I thought that there would be a reception office, but we couldn’t even get into the building. I don’t have cell coverage in the UK, so we had to walk to 4 blocks to find wifi. With some effort, I found the separate email from the host with instructions with where to pick up the key with a separate code. And even with the email, it wasn’t clear that I would be picking up the keys from a corner grocery store.

It would have been easier to pick up the keys if they had included the pick up instructions in the information PDF and it clearly described that the clerk at the corner grocery store would be coordinating the check in.

Love the location so close to old Trafford just a walking distance…. Spacious and comfortable place
