Location was great and close proximity to all amenities. I loved how the property is so secure. Staff (Emily to be precise has been amazing - great customer service).

Some minor issues with bed and windows not working correctly

Location is superb for watching football matches

Not clear instructions for parking lot when space unavailable. Could be more easier by stated in booking confirmation. Also one of the bed is wornout. Better sleep on the carpet!

The place is just used for sports fans , they come and destroy the place and it is not kept in good repair or cleanliness, don't let the pictures fool you.

The apartment is new and clean.

When we arrived the apartment it was just 1 roll tissue and 1 rubbish bag left, it would be better if the qty fulfill our living period for 8 days. The internet not working at the first day arrived, but the customer service tried the best to response. The apartment lobby with smell from the bins store...

Close to old Trafford cricket ground

Someone parked in our designated parking bay very very annoying. Will not ever rent an apartment again ( had parking problems before ) will always use hotels in the future. Bed uncomfortable, no soap in the bathroom, poor instructions as to the key pick up point. Address was 17 Warwick Road , the actual supermarket was on the corner of the start of the road confusing. No explanation when collecting keys as to which fitted what.

The cleaning when we arrived at the property was not good. Two toilet seats were completely off and we had to wash the bed linen ourselves. The bed ware could do with updating.
