just the location.

Everything. it was disgusting and smelt horribly. the front door lock didn’t work, it was not cleaned, the beds were so uncomfortable, the blinds were paper thin, marks on the tables, walls and radiator, rubbish left, door unlocked when we arrived and parking space issues. we would like to log a formal complaint and have photo evidence and videos.

Brilliant property conveniently close to Old Trafford cricket ground. Everything we needed for our stay and the staff brilliant at the end of the phone when needed

great location, nicely furnished, mostly well equipped

both toilet seats broken, food and drink splattered up the wall by dining table and tv remote didn’t work. we contacted staff and they were aware of all of the issues but didn’t bother to fix them before we arrived. at £550 for a two night stay, that is simply not good enough.
