Beautiful little property. Loved the ambience. The patio view is phenomenal

We went as a family of 3. The property is more suited for couples as only one bedroom. If someone is using the bathroom, we can’t go into the kitchen/ lounge from the bedroom but we still loved the property all in all.

Great place, decorated lovely and perfect location with a short walk into Ludlow Town. Beautiful little property and was a great stay. Amenities were fab and we loved the property.

Travel cot was slightly mouldy on the edges, and shower head was cracked so the shower pressure wasn't great. Automatic light in bathroom kept coming on during the night for some reason.

Good location, short walk into Ludlow. Well restored and decorated. Well equipped kitchen. Lovely bathroom. Comfortable bed. Extra goodies left for us, thank you.

Smaller than on the photos. Felt a bit damp and smelled musty in the bedroom. Under floor heating wasn’t switched on so felt cold on arrival and we had to manually switch it on. Outside space needed some attention and egg chair cushions had been left out in the rain which made them unusable. The sofa wasn’t very comfortable for relaxing.

It had everything we needed for our stay. Loved the view from the sitting area and the decking where you can sit outside. The welcome pack of wine, milk and biscuits was much appreciated too.

The bed was too soft and squidgy for us, but this is personal preference and not a criticism.

Fantastic location. 10 minute walk to the town centre. Quiet, cosy and private. The living area had nice features and the kitchen area was nice to use. Milk and Welsh cakes were well received... we don't drink Red wine but was thoughtful. Good space for a couple.

The sofa in the living area isn't comfy... looks lovely but isn't something you can enjoy after a long walk in the beautiful Shropshire countryside... that was a shame. The lights are quite dim in thd kitchen and bedroom... was told the main bedroom light was by the fire exit but is actually behind the mirror on the vanity table. Some tweaks are needed to make the stay more enjoyable.... also, it would be great to have tea available. We didn't expect it to be empty in an air bnb.

Great design incorporated a grade two listed bread oven, fantastic vista from the open ended conservatory. Great location for a short walk into Ludlow. Once the gardens are knocked into shape you will have a jewel of a property.

The garden needs attention to make the best of its location. Outside decking seating left out in the weather, fellow guest need to put away when not in use. Indoor seating not the most comfortable. The shower extractor fan needs a override switch for day use, as the light PIR sensor stops it working in daylight, the bedding felt damp in the evening due to possibly lack of ventilation in the shower room of a morning shower.

The electric floor heating was non existent The access was very dark at night ans obstructed by roses hanging over the walkway
