MOEL SIABOD - GLAN GWNA HOLIDAY PARK

From the minute I booked to the moments we left the communication was excellent. The entire property was spotless and welcoming. I have stayed at this holiday park previously but not in this particular cabin and I have to say it was of a great standard. The photos on booking.com are a true reflection of how the cabin is presented. Far more homely than a travelodge! The bedsheets were spotless and crisp...I stay regularly at hotels & B&Bs for my job and would recommend this cabin for business or pleasure.

It was pouring down with rain (not much the host could do about that!) would have enjoyed the quality of the outside space had we had the chance

There’s is nothing to like. Absolutely filthy, black mould growing on the walls, under the beds, on the windows. The owner should be ashamed. The cabin shown on the pictures is not the cabin you get to stay in.

Black mould, filthy throughout my asthma was aggravated by one night in that hell hole. The owner thinks it’s ok because she offered to send a cleaner and offered for us to stay in one of her other properties ( despite stating on the phone she had nowhere to put us). Why on earth would o want to stay in another one of her properties if this is the level of hygiene standards that we would be met with? Offering to clean? The cabin should already have been clean! Black mould needs treating it can’t simply just be wiped away. To then offer a 25% refund is an absolute joke! Please see the pictures of the level of filthy conditions in the cabin. Complete SCAM!

Fully equipped for a family New carpet in the sitting area Kitchen area was updated too.

Damp musty smell. Very old lodge all internal doors in bad condition. Deck looked uncared for , needed painting and was v slippery. V small rooms . Looking at the photos it looked as if it should be facing the river with lovely views and it wasn’t anywhere near the river.

Lovely convenient location The cabin was lovely and clean and well equipped and the booking in instructions we easy to follow

Only stayed for one night so didn't find any problems. Would definitely go back to this cabin

Information for checking in not provided. Very basic accommodation. Quite close to the main road so it was noisy. Apartment was not in the location advertised. No bins provided.

Lovely outlook, peaceful location and friendly staff

Double Mattress needs replacing, springs can be felt which is uncomfortable. We couldn’t open the door to the deck - is there a separate key for this?

The outside balcony was an excellent space and great for breakfast in the morning or family dinner. A suggestion would be to put up a retractable canopy for those odd rainy days! Lovely park. Really friendly staff. The location was excellent.

Needs a slightly bigger living room TV and a couple of clothes hooks in the bathroom.
